  • Get program plan and approach approved by sponsors.
  • Define dependencies for next 2 milestones with mitigation/action plans.
  • Notify sponsors of any schedule deviation over 5 days, along with a mitigation plan.​

  • Ensure adherence to all agile practices, ceremonies, and governance.
  • Maintain a risk register; communicate high/critical risks to sponsors for action.
  • Implement a change control process to manage deviations from the program plan.

Predictability

  • Share weekly progress and productivity reports, highlighting risks/blockers, with sponsors and execs.
  • Escalate any delays (>3 business days) from partners, business, or clients to sponsors immediately.

Quality

  • Share weekly quality metrics and highlight any deviations in updates.
  • Define and enforce a peer-review process for quality adherence.
  • All deliverables and milestones require sponsor approval.
